So far so good. I agreed to switch from Barclaycard, not because Handepay were cheaper on their rates but because the local representative, Gideon, offered to do all the setting up work and assured me a high level of customer care. We also calculated that if we took into account the fact that Barclaycard insisted on an annual compliance, which seemed to get more complicated every year, Handepay were slightly cheaper. That compliance nonsense and hefty fee is a rip off in my eyes. Gideon has been true to his word and I am very pleased I switched. He is a top man and I sincerely hope he stays as my rep, guide and friend for a long time. This review is totally unbiased and I didn't know Gideon before.
