Handepay has been great but I particularly want to mention one Handepay employee as he is really what has made Handepay stand out for us.The person we’d like to shine a light on is Scott Masson. Setting up our cafe has had it’s very stressful moments (and there still are plenty!) and we’ve found that so many people and businesses have been incredibly kind and helpful but Scott has been by far and away, absolutely the standout, most kind and most helpful. He has been amazing at problem solving and reassuring us and has gone above and beyond in almost every way imaginable. He is always so cheerful and helpful and, considering how much we’ve had to call him, he never lets on if it annoys him!We've been up and running for almost 2 months now and recently were looking into getting a new Epos system; thanks to remembering all the invaluable advice and information Scott had given us the very first time we spoke with him, we managed to avoid being caught out by sneaky hidden costs and fees with the company we were getting the Epos system from. It wasn't anything to do with Handepay but we rang Scott to ask his advice and he was amazing and helped us when he really didn't have to.Handepay are a great company with excellent all round customer service and we've had no problems with our card terminals and any niggles are solved quickly and easily over the phone with patient and very knowledgable people but more than anything we are so happy and grateful that we got connected to Scott when we first called Handepay.I promise we're not one of his family members and we didn't know him before contacting Handepay (although we are so happy that we know him now!) this is a totally unbiased review and I really hope it helps you if you're trying to make a decision about which company to go with.
