Ordering, price and delivery were all entirely satisfactory. I inadvertently over ordered one set of handles which I returned according to the returns policy, which included a statement saying credit card refunds would take 5-10 working days. I have received my refund exactly at the end of the 10th working day after Handles4U received my return. Therefore satisfactory, but in the absence of any email acknowledgement of receipt of the return I was beginning to be concerned
