Visited your Worksop store as I wanted to buy some jewellery. Felt like a nuisance to them as they had to keep getting stuff out of the window as I wanted to see a few things and decide what I was going to buy. Trying to make a conversation and I must say the staff at this store are so miserable could not even put a smile on their face! Just seemed like I disturbed them just sitting out the back and they had to do some work! I also wanted to look at a chain but no I could not view it as I needed I’d! WTF not everyone carries id on them and most jewellers have a lock on their doors to protect valuables items. Very hostile environment in there! Customer service is non existentI went to the other pawnbrokers down the road and the staff in there was very helpful, chatty and helped me decide on my purchase and let me see the items I was interested in buying and locked the door which I fully understand as they have to protect there stock which is a lot more than what I got from H&T. I will never purchase anything from a shop from miserable staff and can’t be arsed to help you in your purchase. When you are spending a lot of money I WANT TO SEE WHAT I AM PURCHASING! I did notice H&T are a shop that is dead compared to the other shop I went to. Maybe other customers feel the same as me! I did tell the other store how miserable the staff was in H&T and won’t ever go back in there.
