I downloaded a 30-day trial version. My first task was to set up email notifications within the app but I ran into problems so I contacted the "support" email address for them to suggest where I might be going wrong. Two more follow-up emails later and I've not had a single response. However, I do still get pop-up messages on my PC as each day ticks down to the end of my trial version. 'm really not sure how they can expect me to upgrade to the full paid version while I have issues. Poor image to its potential customers.
