My old Hankotrade account was deactivated, unaware of this I transferred money into it before I attempted to access the trading charts. After speaking with Support I created a new account and tried to do an internal funds transfer. Although it looked like it went through after 30min the money still wasn't in my new account. I reached out to support and Erin helped finalize the transfer in a manner of seconds. Kudos to Erin and the Hankotrade Support Team, they do an awesome job!
