We had a meeting with our solicitor and she was full of advice and plans for setting up a meeting with our financial advisor. I subsequently heard nothing from her for 5 weeks. I rang. The message didn't get through. I rang again.She then produced a document which bore little relation to what we might decide. But she had not consulted us before producing it. It was full of inaccuracies, including getting one of our names wrong - not misspelt, but wrong. What sort of attention and focus was she offering?Getting together two " simple " wills ( her word) took from February to June. Each mistake on her part resulted in further charges for us.Our solicitor is a senior associate, so I presume her casual attitude to her clients is typical of Hanne & Co as a practice. We eventually just wanted rid of our association with them and opted for simple wills which ideally were not what we wanted - and at HUGE expense.If only we had read the other reviews on Trustpilot first!I would just like to add to the above review. Following up on my review and their response we did meet with another partner and redid our wills at no further expense. We appreciated this honest response to our earlier dissatisfaction
