Safe to say we would not recommend after our recent experience. Having used Hanne & Co previously for a house purchase we confidently instructed them for our sale and purchase this time round however we have had a nightmare with their accounting team. They have made constant errors throughout which have left us with very little confidence anything has been calculated correctly. They initially made a mistake which if we hadn't spotted (and then had to explain the workings out to them) would have left us over £24000 out of pocket... Despite us querying it they insisted they were right until we emailed and explained with screenshots why they had worked it out wrong. They are meant to be the professionals. Then days and days after we had completed they reached out to say they had again got it wrong and we had to pay them an extra £1800 that they had mistakenly paid back to us on completion. Having just moved house we had obviously used any money for furniture and other purchases so being told later they had made another error and we had to pay it back was terribly stressful. Ours was a relatively simple purchase and they couldn't calculate the funds correctly so I would avoid them in future
