I cannot recommend this company due to my disappointing experience. A private engineer assessed the lift and noted serious issues with the service provider, mentioning past concerns about their quality. They identified a problem that the company claimed was irreparable. Despite being billed, the work remains unfinished, and I'm still waiting for a part that I paid for over a year ago.
