Very professional. What I really liked the most is the time spent to answer to all my questions and to suggest the best mortgage options based on my needs. I had regular catch up calls with them which were then summarised by emails. This was useful to take my decision. They also have a good database in which confidential documents are uploaded (no personal documents are exchanged by emails). I also appreciated this aspect of our collaboration. In summary it was an excellent experience working with them.
