On December 6th, I placed an order for 4 items from the platform. By the 30th, I finally received them despite being informed it would take a maximum of 3 weeks. Upon checking my order details, I noticed an address in China alongside a UK label, which raised immediate concerns. I reached out via email and was told that the postal service in France was causing delays, indicating their inefficiency as well. When the items arrived, two of them were disappointing. The lamb wool jacket looked nothing like the picture—it's thin and not warm, resembling more of a fall shirt than a winter jacket. The pullover was also made of cheap material, which doesn't justify the high price. The coat is acceptable, but it’s clearly faux leather, and the boots are uncomfortably tight despite being ordered in my exact size. I've requested information for a return because they mentioned a one-month return guarantee, but I suspect I will have to cover the shipping costs myself.
