BUYER BEWARE I bought a pair of shoes thinking it was a European Company.However, it is a Chinese Company with a Netherland address.The shoes arrived poorly packaged in bubble wrap without labels, tags or any documentation. They were poor quality and I immediately contacted the company to initiate a refund. They clearly did not want the shoes back with several emails back and forth offering alternative products from their website and to keep the shoes. I asked several times to initiate a return and for details but they failed to supply me with the relevant details. I finally decided to send them back to the Netherland address at my cost and emailed the company to inform them only to be told that it was the wrong address and that they were therefore unable to initiate a refund as they should have been returned to China, but again not giving me any further details. I realise now that I have been scammed by this company.A huge mistake to buy from this company! It didn’t cross my mind to read any reviews, lesson learnt!
