On December 6th, I placed an order for four items through the platform. By the 30th, I finally received them, even though I was informed it would take a maximum of three weeks. Additionally, the order details showed a UK address alongside a Chinese address, which raised immediate concerns. I reached out to the support team, and they informed me that the delay was due to the postal service in France, indicating that their service is also subpar. Upon arrival, I found that two of the four items were of poor quality. The lamb wool jacket looked nothing like the picture—it's thin, not warm, and feels more like a lightweight designer shirt than a winter jacket. The pullover was made from cheap material, which certainly doesn't justify the price tag of over 50 dollars. The coat is acceptable, but I suspect it's faux leather, and the boots are uncomfortably tight, despite ordering my exact shoe size. I have requested information for returning the items, as they mentioned a one-month return policy, but I can already anticipate that I will have to cover the shipping costs.
