I researched 5 manufacturers of CW lasers and Hanten CNC was the only one to get me in touch with another purchaser. Their experience was good. They said Hanten CNC was very good with after sales support. Since I'm not very knowledgeable about cleaning lasers I knew I would need plenty of after sales support. Since receiving my cleaning laser 1.5 months ago I've had to contact after sales service staff twice. Both times they were able to solve my problems; both problems being user error.
