I can't give a zero rating here. The support team is immature and impolite. After I raised a concern, they canceled my membership without warning, wasting my money. Users are pushed to stay on the app just to get basic contact information, which is infuriating. I've sent numerous emails without receiving a respectful response. Don’t fall for their advertising; it’s a waste of money.
