HTYC has been a fantastic support to me on my career journey!! My coach Katja was amazing! She helped me all along the way and provided insight to really help move me in the right direction.The early stages of self reflection are hugely important and beneficial for the career search. I learned a lot about myself and received a 3rd-party perspective of types of careers and positions that would fit.Ultimately I learned that an organization's value system would be one of the more important elements for me. I need to do something for the right reason and not to just "find a job." Katja kept me on track to this goal and ultimately made a suggestion that got the ball rolling there.While I still have a long way to go and a lot to learn on my career journey, I am thankful to Katja and the team at HTYC for the help taking this big step!
