The seller sent the parcel via FedEx who returned the package when it arrived in Europe, without even attempting to transport nationally. The seller just refer to their own Shipping Policy and witholds 30+ EUR in delivery charges. Crazy. Don't buy from this company.[UPDATE]: You forgot to mention in your reply that you already canceled once through ebay and asked me to order via your website. Then you charged more than 50% of the total product cost just as delivery costs. You also forgot to mention that I have clearly documented this dispute and that we get hundreds of parcels delivered to this address. If you still believe that Madrid is the same as Marbella when it comes to "making a delivery attempt" you should refund us and get your refund from FedEx since they have not done what they were paid for.To other customers: If you dont want to end up wasting hours on customer "support" - Just stay away.
