Bought my first RVDP and when it arrived it was perfect. Happiestplants also generously included a gift which was amazing and made my month. The packaging is top, matching what you would expect from a mainstream brand. I would even say better than the mainstream brands as happiestplants included stick labels with the plants ID. A small detail I’ve not had before but one that shows attention to detail and passion for the business. Delivery was negotiated for a specific day, again making the purchase personal, something you don’t get with mainstream sites. Delivered exactly when we discussed. Last points, roots all very healthy, no sign of damage in the leaves. Would highly recommend.
