If I could leave 0 I would!We had booked and paid for an additional day in error, when we called to inform them they told us we'd need to pay £60 extra, almost the whole cost of the parking. We had luckily booked through a really helpful third party who managed to help us reduce this to £20.The morning we were due to drop the car, I contacted the company 7 times with no answer, eventually I called the "emergency" number and was shouted at because I hadn't called them earlier, when I had in fact been trying for some time. We then had to wait 40 minutes for them to arrive, adding to the stress. We paid the £20 that was agreed and went off on our holiday.On return my husband called to say we'd landed and they told him they're not returning the car until we hand over £60, they were aggressive and incredibly rude. We eventually said we would report the car stolen in this case and they hung up the phone. Our third party company very luckily were able to step in and sort this out again. I only wish I'd read these reviews first!!I'd also be questioning where these people keep the cars as significant fuel was used whilst we were away!
