Late for drop off and pickup (20 and 30minutes) so extra parking charges had to be paid.Changed return pickup point after our arrival.Ignored our email when their documents were incorrect.Unpleasant telephone exchanges, not recognizing our distress at the delays....we had our grandchildren with us.This was my worst experience of meet and greet in 30years
