Avoid at all costs They attempted to charge us an extra £20 because we were later than planned (by 10 mins). We had spoken with them prior to this. The person on the phone was rude, almost shouting at me when I explained I would pay via invoice but was not happy to pay via cash. They wanted cash or a bank transfer. The person had no bay for us to park and had no ID. The person had no paperwork and was unable to provide any sort of receipt for taking the car. It felt scammy to pay cash and leave our car with a guy who could not verify he worked for the company. We have used other companies many times before without issue.
