Avoid this companyI wish I had read the reviews before making a booking with them. Is this company actually trading legally? They seem to charge customers whatever they want despite the pricing listed on their website. The driver was over 20 minutes late to pick up the car, there was no compensation, not even an apology; however, if you are slightly late (about 10 minutes) upon arrival, there is a penalty charge, and of course, this cannot be found on their website. If for any reason, you need to extend your parking session by an extra day, they charge you 35, not the 15 as stated on their website, because of the hidden admin cost. If you need any help from them, you'd expect very rude customer service, if any at all. This company should be inspected for legal trading.
