Gave them one star as can’t give half - half only because the first customer service assistant a lady was very polite and helpful as I had arrived a day late to pick up my car. However what an appalling attitude the customer service guy had. Not willing to listen and very aggressive over the phone. They brought my car at LHR to the drop off parking which they are not allowed to do. The driver had the nerve to lie to the airport security and say I asked them to bring it there yet they instructed me to go there as apparently the terminal 3 short stay parking was busy. I found that very appalling as she started speaking to him in her language lying, thank God the security saw through it and told her off.NOW the major problem is the driver damaged my driver side car seat and it does not adjust then she tried to deny she had adjusted the seat. It was clearly adjusted as it was not in my normally position anymore. When I range their office I spoke to the guy at customer service who was extremely rude and very aggressive over the phone and had to hang up and he then tried to call me from different numbers which I of-course ignored as I felt harassed . These people do not care about your vehicle, only care about money it seems. DO NOT USE THEM EVEN IF THEY OFFERED YOU A FREE SERVICE.Such a shame as my experience dropping the car off was pleasant but the young arrogant guy at customer service should not be dealing with people, he gives the company a negative image. I will never use these people again. A scam is what this is and will definitely be reporting to the police.Update: so discovered they disconnected my security camera in the car and took the SD card out obviously so nothing was recorded. Makes you wonder why they had to do that. Car making a funny sound as well which it didnt have when I dropped it off. Absolutely disgusting
