Very disappointed with the waits both when departing (30 minutes) and on return (35 minutes). Also using the drop off zone on both occasions, different to the original instructions. When I came to use the money I keep in the car for paying parking the purse which had been in the central reservation compartment was missing ( it contained between £25 and £30). I contacted Skypark and got the following response.We here at SkyParkSecure.com are sorry that you feel the need to complain on this occasion, we do our utmost to ensure that each of the Car Parking providers that advertise their car parking services on our online price comparison website operate to the high standards we demand but sometimes mistakes/incidents can happen. They must not have read any of the other feedbacks on this page.I also emailed Happy days but have not had any response. I have now had a response after posting this review. Nobody has handed it in and they do not take responsibility for items left in the car. As a gesture of goodwill they are happy to offer £25 of any future booking. I do not think I will take up the offer.
