We were quite frankly shocked at how poor the service was compared to many other 'meet and greet' services we used in the past. On the positive side, the car was damage-free when it was returned to us, and the drivers were friendly enough. However, on probably the most important count for a meet and greet service they were late in both drop-off as well as pick up. Unlike the other services, they do not have a dedicated counter at the airport (Heathrow Terminal 2). This meant that their drivers had to move from one job to the other and the cars were not brought in advance. When we were flying out, we called them (according to their text message in the morning) as we were about 20 mins away from the airport. They wanted us to wait at the passenger dropoff area (and not the car-park) which is fair enough. When we arrived there was no pick-up driver and when we called them, we were asked to wait for 10 minutes, as the driver was 'just on their way'. This of course did not happen, and we waited and made further calls where we were assured that they were on their way. During my subsequent calls, I was hung up on once. We were worried about being late for the flight. The driver and his dropoff car turned up about 40 mins late, apologised profusely (he was friendly enough), but did not have any paper documentation, and showed me a text message instead. We were willing to think that this was just a bad day and an exception. When we we flew back, we called 20 mins in advance again, but of course the same thing happened all over again. They kept telling us that the driver had been delayed by a previous drop-off and would be there in 20 mins, 15 mins, and 10 minutes. Again they were late by about 40 minutes. We were all tired from our long flight and could have done without the aggravation of having to wait, and call and remonstrate with the company. Happy Days they certainly are not!
