I am a Manager at Happy Days Parking. THERE ARE SO MANY FAKE COMMENTS. The reason being there is a lot of competition, and I believe competitors are making fake comments for profit. We took over Happy days Parking recently because one of the previous owners was immature and deceptive to his other partners. We have understood that the reviews left was from a person who knew the whole operation and not from a customer, hence the detail in the review. We as new owners are from a good family background. We do not steal a spare tyre, or anything else. When we did take over Happy Days parking we had initial teething problems, but we are fast learners with 30 years of business and customer relations experience. Our service now is second to non. Hence why we have taken the initiative by asking every customer to leave a honest review by sending them a text...as below: 'Here's the link, please give us a honest review about the service we provided,...review link...Happy Days Parking.co.uk'We are currently implementing more transparency via technology in camera systems and photos of cars.The camera systems will let you view that your car is parked in a secured compound 24/7 via an app, and not on the Colnbrook Bypass near Heathrow for weeks like other companies.
