Horrendous, avoid these thieves. We were running 13 minutes late when we called the '30 minute to airport' instruction and they said it would cost us an extra £20. We then spent 30 min waiting for the driver to come get the car – when i called to ask where he was, I was told he was 'getting a coffee' and would 'be with me soon'. No compensation to the customer when they're late. They guy on the phone was incredibly rude, a 'take or leave it' attitude and of course at the airport you can't do much but take it. I then had to pay extra for the parking ticket given the delay for the driver to finally get to me!On the way back I emailed in advance to say I'd given the return details as the flight time and not my expected pick up time, as that couldn't be predicted with flight times, the Customs queue, baggage times, etc, and they could track the flight. Nope – another £20 charge even though there was no email to state this (as the guy claimed there had been). Again, extremely rude, abrupt and condescending approach from both the guy at the end of the phone and the guy who brought the car – no key back unless you pay the charge. He was late bringing the car and when I phoned said that I had told him I was at a different terminal and so he'd gone there, and so would come to the right terminal. Complete incompetence and extraordinarily rude and dismissive to my wife and me. They have you, though, as at that stage you have no choice.Pay a bit extra for a better provider as it will save you money, time and frustration in the end.
