Normally book via BookFHR but these guys convinced me to book direct and they would do a valet and match the deal. 1st they didn't include entry exit cost which is crazy, next and far worse they used my Range Rover for a joyride late one Saturday night (tracker maps confirmed). they denied at first and said moving car parks due to resurfacing but that is NEVER midnight on a Saturday! they eventually admitted use and filled the fuel to cover what was used but nothing else. Such a bad company, don't ever use them again, they have lied to me over this and couldn't care less. i asked for the fee to be refunded and they laughed. Taking without permission is a criminal offence. please be careful, lots of good companies around, these have gone really bad.
