T4 parking. Our instructions as to where to go for meet and greet were followed to the letter but the person collecting didn't seem to know where we were. Similar confusion on return and wrong phone contact given.Worst of all I asked the company to charge my EV whilst I was away and despite several emails agreeing this in writing they managed not to know anything about it and didn't do it. This caused be an additional delay after a 16 journey to get home. On sending a nice email complaining about their lack of charging my car they have simply not bothered to reply.Avoid this company, the cheaper price isn't worth it.
