I have been seeing the Complete Gut Repair ad popup for a couple of weeks so I finally decided to try it. I click on the link do the quick pay and done. The product arrives a few days later, I open the box and its not what I thought I was ordering from the ad. So I go to the support tell them what happened, I don't want this product, I'll return it. They give me the shipping information, ask me to send them my shipping tacking number after I ship it and that it will take up to 14 days after they receive it to process.
Wait, so its going to take several weeks before your company can send out my order?
The support person says, if you want it faster you can place another order and we'll get it right out to you.
Grrrrr
Why would I order more products from a company that can't resolve my original order in a timely manor?
I asked for a phone number and they don't have a public facing number? So I'm stuck with emailing support, and I know support wont escalate my ticket to the bosses.
From the time I arrive home at 2:30, opened the box, talked to support, went to the post office to ship the return, and emailed support with the tracking information. Their product was in my hands for about 90 minutes. But I have to wait 3 weeks.
On top of that, I had to pay $15 to return the product, they didn't even consider sending me a return label...
So far I have received nothing but grief for the time and money I have spent dealing with this "Happy" company.
I've been in Hospitality industry my entire life, if I treated my guest like this, I know they'd never return.
Very Disappointed!
