Signed my loan documents and was approved on 10/14. They stated funds would be received in 3-10 business days. It’s now 14 business days and I haven’t received the funds. I received an email on 10/22 stating my funds were deposited but they weren’t. I contacted support several times and they just keep telling me someone will be in touch but when they do it’s just to tell me they’re “working on it.”
