sent 5 bags of laundry out. Spoke with representatives on my preferences. Received 5 bags of laundry returned and shrunk. When I called back to mention this they said "someone called a day after pick up and changed heat settings" who ever called wasn't me and clearly there was a mistake and management would reach out to figure out a correction. once "management" reached out "Kate" informed me her representative misspoke and this wasn't actually the case and it was somehow my mistake. thousands in damages, offered a $160 refund. simple laundry, No special pieces. totally ruined by a completely incompetent middleman. appears they just pick up and drop off with minimal oversight. the "private facilities" are contractors and just basic wash and folds. Better off just bringing it there yourself and dealing with any issues directly with the hand that makes the mistake. no real ownership, small time frauds. Avoid at all costs.
