Our scheduled pickup has now been canceled for three consecutive days due to reported truck issues. The earliest they can reschedule is on Monday, resulting in a total of five days without service. As a small business, this leaves us without linens for the weekend. There was no offer of compensation, and the explanation given now blames the cold weather, which contradicts their cancellation email. Having previously managed a laundry service, I know that if a vehicle breaks down, you find a rental to fulfill your commitments. Leaving customers in a difficult position is unacceptable! The national office claims this was a local decision. I’m done with this service!
