My husband and I really enjoyed the HPHB antenatal classes. The instructor made them fun and engaging while also making sure we were confident with all of the content. The weekly online webinars and extra video tutorials were extremely useful and great to go back over. The practical element to the weekly in person sessions was very useful; we would definitely have struggled had we not done this course.It was lovely to meet lots of other couples due to have their babies at a similar time to us and we will meet up with them at the reunion in January and hopefully stay in touch beyond that.My mum has even done the grandparents course!
