I really enjoyed my HBHP course, it was really informative but also light hearted. Izzy the instructor was very knowledgeable & engaging. She made everyone feel included, especially the men which i think is important. She also made everyone get to know each other which was lovely! I wasn’t over fussed about going to NCT but I have to say I really enjoyed the course and have met some really lovely people that I know I will stay in contact with. Thank you Izzy!
