As a first time Mum-to-be, I had absolutely no idea what to expect. So many of my friends had emphasised how much they took from anti-natal classes so it was a no-brainer for us to book onto one. I was recommended Happy Parents, Happy Baby by a friend. The course was amazing - very relaxed, a great venue and such a safe space where any form of question, however stupid, was answered and listened to. Lauren, our course facilitator, was amazing and the other couples on this course we instantly clicked with. The online course material was a big help, as well as all the additional links for support and guidance. I would recommend this course to anyone. We absolutely loved it and will take away such a lot from it.
