Would 100% recommend. The classes were really well balanced between info, advice and activities plus there are additional resources, videos and tips on the online portal which helps cement all the info. There are also weekly (optional) live Q&A's that match each session which were pretty helpful too. The classes are interactive so you can get to know the other couples / people but in a really gentle way that doesn't feel too forceful. Finally, the midwife who led our classes (Grace) was fantastic!
