I think as first time parents we initially had no expectations from the course and walked into it completely unaware of what we would take away from it, but I am so pleased that we were recommended to do this course as it was brilliant from start to finish.From the course content to the course leader, everything was just so helpful and informative. Pregnancy, Labour and taking care of a baby is a very daunting process if you've never been through it before and this course gives you a very handy toolkit of knowledge and advice to take with you on your journey into becoming parents. We came away from the course feeling more informed, more prepared and a lot calmer about what's to come. We also met some super lovely people along the way.
