We had the most wonderful experience with the Happy Parents Happy Baby antenatal course! It was so well organised and the midwife who ran the sessions, Annabel, was fabulous. SO knowledgeable, and really oozed confidence and trust in what she shared and taught us. Nothing ever felt pressured, and it was all really informative with letting us know FACTS and OPTIONS vs trying to tell anyone how best to do something. The course is designed brilliantly - with weekly in person sessions, plus weekly videos that aren’t too time intensive to learn and look back on, PLUS the weekly online Q&A’s - they were all excellent. The weekly sessions were in a private room in a nearby pub which was so nice to be with other couples going through the same thing in our neighbourhood, and it’s designed to give you time to get to know ppl with the last session as a big social event. We’ve already created some new relationships with some really similar and fun people, which has been such a huge benefit before all the babies arrive in the next few weeks for everyone :) Would highly recommend the course to anyone with a baby on the way! It’s given us a lot of comfort and confidence we’ll have some sort of vague idea of what we are doing, and helped us meet some new ppl we’ll definitely stay connected with :) A total win!
