Had such a wonderful experience with the happy parents happy baby classes in Worthing which was taught by Amy. As first time parents, I was reluctant to research about baby care and labour online (unless it was the nhs website) due to so much false and overwhelming information. By signing up to the classes, so many topics were covered and taught by a midwife, I was really able to absorb the information and ask questions easily and judgement free. Online classes and Q&A were also accessible throughout the weeks which also put my mind at ease incase I did forget anything. There were small interactive sections of the sessions which you would do with the other people on the course, this helped us to meet new friends at very similar gestational ages which is lovely because both my partner and I didn’t have any close friends with young children.Highly recommend for all pregnant people and birthing partners who would like to socialise with others who are expecting, and who want reliable and in-depth information about labour and baby care/first aid.
