HPHB Antenatal Classes has made us feel super prepared for the arrival of our first baby. The classes cover all topics you need to know about including baby first aid, labour, hypnobirthing, breastfeeding, baby care etc. but also included a social aspect which has made it easy to meet other parents. HPHB also provide super helpful resources via their portal which you refer back to after the course is finished. The classes include weekly 2-hour sessions for 4 weeks, plus a weekly q&a session later in the week with experts in the week's topic i.e. paediatric doctors, obstetricians, lactation consultants, midwives. I highly recommend the course, especially if you are a first time parent.
