I couldn’t recommend this course more. Our course lead, Anna was fantastic and her knowledge and insight really helped me to feel confident and comfortable with what lies ahead in the world of pregnancy and parenthood. As a course it’s great because it offers a range of ways to learn from reading materials to videos to the in-person sessions which also included practical elements. It helped me dedicate time each week to help feel prepared.I also really loved that a social was then arranged as a last session which has really helped me build connections with other parents to be and we’re already meeting up, prior to babies being born.
