Our experience at HPHB was fantastic. Personally, I didn’t know what to fully expect but we were greeted instantly and asked to join a WhatsApp group with all the other parents to be. The sessions are a great mix of practical and theory and are well structured so that you understand what you are being taught. Our host was also really informative and as a midwife, it was priceless having someone so experienced delivering the sessions. You also get a decent amount of time to speak to the other parents to be which is really nice and it’s been a great way to meet people during this exciting period of our lives. Anybody wanting to do these types of classes should definitely consider HPHB because as a couple, we are so much more comfortable with welcoming our new arrival.
