Setting up the insurance was fine, but when we sold our caravan and came to cancel the policy there were issues. We phoned to cancel and got told there’s a cancellation fee. My partner said that’s fine and offered to pay it there and then. The advisor said he couldn’t and said he needs to ring up once he receives a letter. Phoned up, paid it, sorted… or so we thought. Over a month after cancelling, we receive an email demanding the outstanding balance to be paid!! We paid everything there was to pay!! And no we are receiving emails. This company try to con you out of money it seems!! Not a happy customer
