Gosh where do I begin…. One of our beautiful Maincoon was stolen. From the beginning we knew someone had taken her. 10 days in to her being lost someone mentioned happy tails detective. I messaged late that evening and after only 10 minutes Robert had called me. Within 24 hour he drove from Liverpool to Reading to start the investigation. Him and his team worked HOURS, DAYS, WEEKS on our case. They went above and beyond to help find Crystal. Anytime I needed to speak with Robert he answer any message or questions I had about Crystal and the investigation. He was extremely empathetic ( but also realistic ) and so supportive. I feel like I own this team my heart for finding our baby! 3 weeks later she was found!
