John who we had the most contact with was so pleasant to work with and he made us feel so excited and less stressed along the way! Our actual videographer Jim was phenomenal!! He was so engaged with the audience that it felt like he was a family friend. I have a friend who is now using their services because of the beautiful impression they left all of us. Jim captured the best moments and our video is truly exceptional. We will forever be grateful for Happy Tears and all their efforts in making sure we remember these moments forever!
