I ordered a RAM kit, paid the full price listed, and received confirmation that my order was verified. Shortly after, I was informed the price was 'incorrect' and asked to pay more or cancel, despite the same price still being listed online. Their explanations kept changing, and when I requested specifications for a proposed replacement, they refused to provide them and insisted on phone calls. They then canceled my order without my consent and attempted a refund via a different payment processor. The handling of this order was inconsistent and unprofessional. I would caution anyone considering ordering from this company.
