I ordered a pair of sneakers in my usual size, but they arrived significantly smaller, more like a size 4. I returned them immediately, paying $19 for shipping myself, but was shocked to receive only a partial refund. I'm now out $29.90, including return shipping. This has been a frustrating experience, and I expected better from a reputable company. I request a full refund for the remaining amount and ideally reimbursement for the return shipping cost.
