So my wife bought £250 worth of HD apparel for my Xmas. That’s 2 shirts by the way.She bought them online late Nov as to not disappoint me for Xmas. Both large in size one fit one didn’t. We went to Harley Davidson Guildford to exchange it who basically told us to jog on as they don’t swap apparel. They to be told that they won’t exchange online as we should’ve read the returns policy before buying from them! Now having spent around 300k on bikes over the years and adoring the brand, this experience has left a sour taste in our mouths.Harley Davidson you need to do better! This is the poorest in customer service, both instore and online. You need to do better!
