Poor Service

I bought a brand new HD Freewheeler (trike) Aug 2020. It has since travelled just over 3,000 miles, it has been serviced in accordance with warranty protocol, I take it off the road during winter months, it doesn't get out when its raining, its been garaged since the day I bought it and yet the 2 front lower struts have corroded beyond recognition. They look like they've been out in all weathers for the past 20 years! I therefore asked my HD dealer to request a gesture repair from HQ but this was refused.I took it upon myself to write to HD HQ about the issue but they haven't even acknowledged my message, I asked my HD dealer (Edinburgh) to quote a price to renew the struts but they also haven't responded so I thought maybe the Glasgow dealer might respond........no, they didn't!To say I'm disappointed is an understatement! Handing over £25k to HD less than 4 years ago and not one of them (HQ and dealers) are interested!! Poor service indeed!
